Second line of the odt-file is written in a section. This section should be displayed with a condition, if it will be opened in a global document. The *.html-file shows this inside the text, but it shouldn't appear when exporting an *.odt-file to *.html-file.

Bug first appears with LO 4.0.0.3, works well with LO 3.6.7.2. So I set this one to a regression.
