In archive: .doc - original problem file, .pdf - pdf files exported in MSO 2007 and LibreOffice 4.3.4.1 to compare

LibreOffice: 4.3.4.1 Build ID: bc356b2f991740509f321d70e4512a6a54c5f243

Try to open attached .doc file

In LibreOffice you'll see that there are no checkboxes in items 3.1 (where percentage is shown), 3.3 and 5.1. In 5.1 you'll see "MERGEFIELD punkt51 \* MERGEFORMAT" and "MERGEFIELD y \* MERGEFORMAT" instead of checkboxes.

But if you'll open the same document in MSO 2007 - they are present everywhere (see .pdf attachments)

In MS Word 2010, if you update the field, then it turns into a Y.

Round-tripping the DOC in MS Word still looks the same in LO.
Round-tripping to DOCX format using MS Word immediately has all the fields showing Y.
