Could confirm it is impossible to switch mousewheel-behavior in listboxes. Have tested it with LO 6.0.4.2 and also LO 3.6.7.2 on OpenSUSE 42.3 64bit rpm Linux. Could be the bug has been there all the time, inherited with OOo.
