Example file from Writer with the problematic stars and banners shapes

The attached example file contains Writer stars and banners that were found to be exported incorrectly to docx: their customization point is missing, there is no way to edit the shapes after export.

Steps to reproduce:
1.	Open attached example Writer file. The shapes can be edited by the points.
2.	Save as .docx, reopen it in Word

Actual results:
In docx, the shapes customization points are missing.

Expected results:
Docx shapes should have the points like the original .odt shapes.

Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: en-GB

Tested with Word 2016 and it's also present in Writer after savng as docx and reload.

The handles are still missing. Word converts all four types, when it gets a doc-file with this shapes and saves it to docx with compatibility not checked.
