Description:
When opening certain NUMBERS files generated by Numbers for macOS, LibreOffice fails to extract any value.

Steps to Reproduce:
Open attached file

Actual Results:
LibreOffice shows no data

Expected Results:
Worksheet has data


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes

Additional Info:
This file was generated in Apple Numbers version 13.0 (7036.0.126)

The file contents can be checked by opening in Apple Numbers, in the web browser at https://oss.sheetjs.com/, or by using the `cat-numbers` tool from the python `numbers_parser` package

However, a very similar bug 154764 was reported previously, having formatting but no cell content. Marking a duplicate.
