Hello.

After upgrade from Ubuntu 15.10 to 16.04 Libreoffice was updated to version 5.1.2.2. (Before update Libreoffice work correctly)
After update when I launch any Libreoffice app (Calc or Writer, etc) Xserver crash everytime and lightdm restart to login window.
No any related crash files in /var/crash.

For the test, you could rename your LO directory profile (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#GNU.2FLinux) and give a new try.

You may also try to retrieve a backtrace (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/BugReport/Debug_Information#GNU.2FLinux:_How_to_get_a_backtrace)

I've recreated my user profile and it resolved that problem.
