This meta bug is to deal with stuff related to the CMIS remote server functionality, including

1) OneDrive/Sharepoint integration done in LO 4.4 (bug 62437)
2) Google Drive 2-factor authentication problem (bug 87938)
3) Open/Save Remote File dialog added in LO 5.1 (bug 86703)
