Description christian 2016-01-18 10:32:02 UTC
I have a table in LOWriter. The orientation is left. I enter a number and leave the cell. The orientation of the cell is now right.

Version 5.0.3 works fine. Version 5.0.4 is the first version with this error.

Hello, please could you post printscreen of the bug? I can not reproduce, maybe just don't understand. Orientation you mean Align left/right? Thanks

This is a screenshot of the table as it is with the new versions.

As you can see, the cells with numbers are now aligned right, but they should be aligned left as they are in the other screen shot.

Moreover the numbers are placed at the bottom of the cell. There is nothing else in the cells but the numbers "3". The height of the cells is a result of the height of the neighbour cell containing "a b c d".

Thank you very much for your work!!! :-)

I can not confirm with Version: 5.2.0.0.alpha0+
Build ID: e1367aaf7d9cc93bbbe3ba64015fde3469c61c6e
CPU Threads: 4; OS Version: Linux 4.2; UI Render: default;
TinderBox: Linux-rpm_deb-x86_64@70-TDF, Branch:master, Time: 2016-01-20_23:32:01
and Win10 - version 5.0.4.

For the test, could you rename your LibreOffice directory profile (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile) and give it a new try? Thank you
Comment 8 christian 2016-01-24 15:10:11 UTC
This was it: After renaming the directory profile the table behaved normally. After re-renaming the directory profile, the bug was there again.

What shall I do now? Work with a new directory profile? Would I lose personal data?

Thank you very much for your effort - I don't think that M$ would do something like that...;-)

Hello,
you can work with new profile. No personal data lost, in profile are stored LO setting (Tools - options; last used files etc.).
Closing bug as WFM.
