Failed document after saving with graphics

Bug 61300 appears similar, but...

This bug refers to vector art drawn within Writer, not imported from Draw.

Bug 91418 appears to match, although my symptoms are not as extreme.

I have found that exporting as PDF, I can generate work. (but of course I cannot
continue editing. All work must be done in a single session without saving.)

This is the same on Intel 32bit HW, Libre Office 4.3.1.2, Windows XP
and Intel IA64, Libre Office 5.01.2, LXLE 14.04.1, Intel NUC Celeron N2820
Intel IA64, Libre Office 5.0.2.2, LXLE 14.04.3, Intel NUC i7

I have attempted to add document saved as pdf (so you can see the drawings)
and .docx after saving.

The attachment sequence does not fill me with confidence. Email if you need
new copies.

Document exported as PDF without save.

Document as intended. (pdf). See .docx for results of saving.

The file crashes my LibreOffice 5.0.2 before I can even see the content. Error that I see:

File format error found at
SAXParseException: '[word/document.xml line 2]: Attribute w:hAnsi redefined
', Stream 'word/document.xml', Line 2, Column 13098(row,col)
Comment 3 MM 2015-11-04 22:39:41 UTC
I confirm the missing pages/content with v3.3.4 & v4.4.6.3 under windows 7 x64.
Bug 91418 is about an import issue with doc format, not docx.

But..... there is another issue with v5. As joel already said, there is a 'File format error' which isn't the case with v4.4 and earlier. And if you load it in v4, save it to docx, you should be able to load it in v5.

Got 'Attribute w:hAnsi redefined' with LO 5.1.0.0.alpha1+ on Win7, but no crash. The assert is correct, double tokens are not allowed.
There are indeed 10 lines which read

          <w:rFonts w:ascii="Verdana" w:hAnsi="Verdana" w:eastAsia="Times New Roman" w:cs="Verdana"/>

which is not allowed. If you urgently need the document, you may open in 7zip and edit document.xml, remove the doubles, then should be able to open again.

Question is if this can be reproduced easily, and what is needed for this. If yes, please add the needed files/data and a step-by-step explanation how to create such a file.
