After viewing a multi-page docx, then locking the screen, unlocking, the Viewer has returned to page 1 and no further pages are available to navigate to.
Same as before. Please provide clear reproducible steps as well as what device you are using. I just tested this on: Nexus 7 2012 Model 1. Opened multi-page .docx 2. Clicked the side button to shut off screen 3. Clicked the side button again to turn back on screen Observed: Document was on same page, could still navigate without a problem. Marking as NEEDINFO - once you provide the information please set to UNCONFIRMED. Thanks
I'm using a Samsung S4 Active with Android 4.4.2 I have tried the same process as the Nexus 7, but also include the lock screen swipe to return to the Viewer after turning the device back on.
(In reply to Jared from comment #2) > I'm using a Samsung S4 Active with Android 4.4.2 > > I have tried the same process as the Nexus 7, but also include the lock > screen swipe to return to the Viewer after turning the device back on. Jared: To reduce the number of variables in our testing, please upload a docx file that exhibits this behavior for you (creating a simple new test file is perfect).
I'm now trying this on a Nexus 5, Android 5.0.1 I cannot reproduce it yet either.
For now marking as NEEDINFO - Jared please continue to test, if you can reproduce consistently upload a docx and mark the bug as UNCONFIRMED. Thanks!
