doing Mailmerge from a Writer doc, which I want to email as a PFD attachment to each email. Everything works fine *except* the salutation on the outgoing cover email; as with the salutation for in-document, I am offered either the generic salutation or a general salutation, which allows me to edit. I do the edit, adding "Dear <First Name>," which has worked properly in the in-document salutation; I click OK and go to send my email, and everything works as expected, but the email salutation has dropped back to the Generic salutation with Mr <last name> & Mrs. <last name>. I may be the only person using this particular feature, but I use it a lot and it would be grand if it worked!
