Badd looking sidebar

Hi,

If you dock the sidebar on the left, sometimes it's not well drawn.

Steps to reproduce :
- Create two documents windows
- Dock the sidebar on the left on the first one and on the right on the second one
- Select the first one (and place the window on the left side of the screen)
- Go to the second one (and place the window on the right side)
- Result, the sidebar docked on the left is bad

CONFIRMED. Both windows show the same redraw problem

Confirming still present in master with Windows 7 sp1, 64-bit en-US with
Version: 4.5.0.0.alpha0+

With two or more document windows open (any mix of writer and calc--draw & impress not affected, no sidebar in math), any sidebar left docked will be affected by any menu or UI actions in another.

Looks to be a GTK UI draw issue for the left-docked sidebar that incorrectly refreshes for any menu or UI action in the other. And on refresh/redraw, the tab bar widget and the deck widget look to both be trying to anchor top left.

Isn't this just the sidebar GTK widgets attachment detail getting lost? Open/close, or change to different content panel, of the affected sidebar redraws correctly.
