Problem description: 
Options in left pane of Menu/Options are mostly not translated

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a localized LO (in my case, I used French UI)
2. Tools/Options

Current behavior:
Options are not translated

Expected behavior:
Options should be translated
              
Operating System: Debian
Version: 4.3.0.0.beta1
Last worked in: 4.2.4.2 release
