No response screenshot when clicking "File"

Problem description:

Since update to 4.2.4.2 weird behaviour coming up.
After opening Writer or Calc and clicking on "File" (in German version "Datei") background of "File" stays blue and nothing happens.
After some seconds and doing one or more mouse clicks into window "No response" ("Keine Rückmeldung in german, see screenshot) appears on title bar.
Waiting some more seconds "No response" disappears and Writer or Calc work as always.

When there is already one Calc (or Writer) open and clicking in Writer (or Calc) on "File" the same happens there again!

All other menu items (Edit, View, Insert,...) work all from startup - File doesn't!

Happens in 90% when opening existing or new file!

Current behavior:

Expected behavior:

Operating System: Windows 7
Version: 4.2.4.2 release
Last worked in: 4.2.3.3 release

no such an issue using the same release on the same O/S

try to reset user profile: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile

it this is not enough, do a full uninstall, manually removing the user profile as well, then do a clean new install

if you still have that problem, then try the portable version from here:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/winpenpack/files/X-LibreOffice/releases/

set status to NEEDINFO waiting for your feedback.

Thanks so far for the answer.

Tried it on Math, Impress and Draw - same as Writer and Calc.

Did a reset on user profile folder - started Calc and all others again and seems to work from the beginning.

Is there a special reason why this could have happen?

Thanks

it seems a corruption of user profile issue. these are ofter unpredictable and unexplainable issue.
