Description ALBERFLEX 2014-03-28 10:57:44 UTC
Problem description:
Windows is not recognizing metadata (properties files).

Steps to reproduce:
Here the company use file properties to identify titles, topics, comments. In version 4.1.3, Windows recognized normally, but when I upgraded to 4.2.2 no longer recognizes. This feature is very important to us.

Operating System: Windows 7
Version: 4.2.2.1 release
Last worked in: 4.1.3.2 release

What document formats do you use?
Comment 2 ALBERFLEX 2014-03-31 11:27:36 UTC
This error is in all formats.
Comment 3 Joel Madero 2014-06-21 01:10:47 UTC
Can you give us a bit more information about this. Can you provide reproducible steps? Give a few examples of what metadata you are referring to and how we can see that it's not being recognized.

Marking as NEEDINFO. Once you provide clear steps to reproduce and how we can see the same problem set to UNCONFIRMED. Thanks

When I say "metadata" I refer to the file properties, such as title, subject, comments, keywords, etc.. This information generally used to identify the files in Windows Explorer itself. However, the version mentioned on this called Windows Explorer does not identify anymore, you know? I am only user, and I also have difficulties with the English language (I'm using Google translator), so I can not pass more details. Please help us, because the company is wanting to uninstall LibreOffice from all PC's due to this problem, and do not particularly want to do that.
