select all text of the same formatting

Microsoft word has a future that I like. I can select all text of the same formatting for me to see where it is. It is frustrating to search some formatting if there is only one line in the whole document. This way it can be easily found.

totally agreed. Marking as NEW. Thanks!

For me this function already exists in LibreOffice using the search function.
If you want to select all paragraphs with the same style you have to search that style and click the "Find all" :
1/ open the search/replace dialog : ctrl+H
2/ in the dialog click "Other options" button and then check the "Search for Paragraph Styles" checkbox

You can do the same thing with format attributes using the "Attribute" and "Format" buttons in the same dialog.

Best regards. JBF

OK, that works for me. Thank you
