Problem description: 
The last four bytes its always zero

Hi Lucas, thanks for reporting.

Adding the inverse function, return the correct results so the hex numbers are fine.

Although there are random number, something must be wrong because all generated number are even.

Seems to work better using the RAND() function. Not possible reproduce the same behaviour than RANDBETWEEN().

On pc Debian x86-64 with LO Debian package 4.3.2, I don't reproduce this, all the values are different.

Could you give a try to a newer LO version (4.3.6 or 4.4.1)?
