Hi,

Thanks for reporting ... but our Android version of LibreOffice is not useful yet. Please see this messages of one of the core developers of the android port:

http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/libreoffice/2013-May/051521.html

Quote: There is no need for testing, it is painfully obvious what the shortcomings
are. This is not claimed at all to be even close to useful to end-users

http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/libreoffice/2013-May/052369.html

Quote: It is way too early. There is nothing worth "trying". We need developers,
not testers.

So, I'm going to mark this bug as RESOLVED INVALID. It IS a bug, but we are in a way to early stage to fix this and mark it as a bug. If this bug is still reproducible with the release (whenever this might be), please feel free to REOPEN this bug report.

I hope you understand.

Kind regards,
Joren

Hi Joren,
Can I join your work ? I'm a developer and work on android about 4
years. I think i could contribute to libreoffice.

Hi :-)

First of all, please do not reply the emails you get. This creates many noise on the bug report. Instead, please browse to the bug using your browser and leave a comment there (https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=63985). :-) just for your info :-)

Sure you can :-)! I'm not a developer at all, so I think the best thing you can do is to join the dev-channel (irc://chat.freenode.net/libreoffice-dev) and ask there. Due the fact it is weekend now, so not that many developers are around (most of them are around at Europe work time), so sending an email to the developer list will work too :). Kind regards,
Joren
