Problem description: 
startcenter shows last opened files names not complete, with long path names you could not differ between two files. In the menu, the long file name is shown as tooltip
Steps to reproduce:
1. start startcenter
2. click on the arrow to show last used files
3. move mouse over, nothing happens

Current behavior:

Expected behavior:
show a tooltip with complete file name
