Steps to reproduce with parallel  installation of  Master "LOdev 3.6.0alpha0+  – WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) ENGLISH UI [Build ID: 4495824-6299bf6-ec8645]" (tinderbox: Win-x86@6-fast pull time 2012-04-08 00:03:52):

1. Open arbitrary document
2. Select LibO file dialogs if necessary using
   Menu 'Tools -> Options -> LibO -> General'
3. Menu 'File -> Save as -> Button 'Create New 
   Directory'
   > Documents - Create New Folder
   Expected: Buttons for Help, Cancel, OK and
              complete folder name input pane visible
   Actual: dialog contents looks cropped at the right
           buttons missing
              
Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:11.0) Gecko/20120312 Firefox/11.0 SeaMonkey/2.8

not reproducible either with master~2012-04-17_13.43.52_LibO-Dev_3.6.0alpha0_Linux_x86_install-rpm_en-US.tar.gz

I saw this problem with various new versions, but currently with 
Server Installation of  "LibreOffice 3.6.0.0.beta2  German UI/Locale [Build-ID: f010139] on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) 
and
parallel installation of Master "LOdev " 3.7.0.0.alpha0+   - WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) ENGLISH UI [Build ID: 3985521]" (tinderbox: W2008R2@16-minimal_build, pull time 2012-06-24)
the problem does no longer exist.
