Problem description: On Windows 7, when clicking one of the menus (File, Edit, View, etc.), it takes up to 3 seconds for the menu to display. I also have LibreOffice 3.4.4 in Ubuntu 11.10 from the repositories on the same machine and the menus are very quick, no lag feel at all.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install LibreOffice 3.5.1 on Windows 7 (I just installed Impress)
2. Open Impress
3. Click on one of the menus

Current behavior: The menu takes up to 3 seconds to show up, feels very sluggish.

Expected behavior: The menu should show up almost instantaneously.

Platform (if different from the browser): Windows 7 SP1 32-bit

I did a clean install (had previously upgraded from 3.4.x series to 3.5.x series) and it is much snappier.
