Problem description: When zooming with shortcut keys text does not update "on the fly" but rather after the operation is entirely complete.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Writer or Calc document
2. Hold Ctrl button and zoom on mouse or mousepad
3. Viewing will change as document zoom adjusts

Current behavior: text for zoom level in status bar remains the same until Ctrl button is released.

Expected behavior: text for zoom level in status bar should update as document UI changes.

Platform: Windows 7

It is Windows-specific bug. 
Reproduced in 3.4.3 and 3.5.1.2 on Windows XP 32 bit
Changing version to 3.4.3 as most early reproducible
