set "obsolete" flag on patch as it clearly can't be integrated
(so that it does not clutter up my bugzilla search for patches).

iirc there were some fixes to ARM UNO C++ bridge earlier this year,
perhaps you could try to check with a newer build if it's already fixed.

Error 65280 is from dmake and dmake is no longer used on master.

therefore i'm closing this bug now.
