I'm jusing LibreOffice 3.3.1 with debian sid. When I try to save a new file with libreoffice writer, the save dialog doesn't include a "create new folder" option. Also, sthere are no icons--no "up one level"; no ""create new folder"; no "home" or "default folder" icons. The "create new folder" option does appear if I check "use libreoffice dialogs" in Options-LibreOffice-General. So this appears to be a bug with libreoffice-kde.

Hello Tim, *, I cannot reproduce it with Debian Testing AMD64, KDE 4.6.5-1, Germanophone version of LO 3.5.0 RC1. Are you using Debian's version from its repo? And have you tried a newer version than 3.3.1? HTH Thomas.
