Ulisses replied via email: ----- Hi, When I upgrade libreoffice 24.2.1 (US) to 24.2.2 (US), the pt_BR dictionary is inside langpack_pt_BR. So, After decompressing langpack_pt_BR, I extract only the dictionary_pt-BR.deb and install it. Starting libreoffice, appear the logo and the progress bar goes to 50%, when the window should open but this not happen. Guessing that the dictionary was the problem, or some profile corruption, I purge libreoffice (including profiles) and make a fresh install of 24.2.2 without dictionary_pt_BR and the same problem repeats. I purge all libreoffice and reinstall 24.2.1 and wait for some libreoffice update. When 24.2.3 was released I upgrade libreoffice 24.2.1 (US) to libreoffice 24.2.3 (US) with success (Linux_x86_64_deb.tar.gz, Linux_x86_64_deb_helppack_en-US, LibreOffice_24.2.3_Linux_x86-64_deb_sdk.tar.gz, libreoffice-dictionaries-24.2.3.2.tar.xz) Also , I update the dictionary pt_BR, since it is my native language. Now, 24.2.3 is working fine. Thanks! My system is Linux, kubuntu 24.04.4 LTS (jammy) with all updates. Att. Ulisses ---- Closing as "works for me" then. Thanks!
