Description:
A code block blocks user input in the version 24.2 help page.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a help page with a version 24.2 code block.
  ex. https://help.libreoffice.org/latest/en-US/text/sbasic/shared/01020300.html
2. Scroll down.

Actual Results:
3. A basic code block will be placed on top of the top user input control.

Expected Results:
3. The controls for user input are always on top.
