Description:
At the end of a line typed the cursor jumps back one or two characters. When you resume typing it jumps ahead again.
When you click somewhere in a text the cursor doesn't appear where you clicked, it stays where it was before

Actual Results:
Type a text and see

Expected Results:
Every time the same


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

The cursor should behave like an good cursor

However, I would like to point out that it might be that the steps weren't clear enough to reproduce properly. 

Please provide a clearer set of step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the problem.
