Thanks for the report. This looks like an issue with the automatically picked icon theme not matching your light/dark UI theme. You can pick a light mode icon theme by hand in Tools > Options > LibreOffice > View. 7.3 is not supported anymore, and many improvements have been made to dark mode support in recent versions, so please test the latest version (24.2) and let us know if it now behaves better regarding automatic icon theme choice. https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/ Thank you!
