After update to 24.2.0.3 hitting the print button changes to "save file" and then shows printing not responding with a message "unable to find PDF setting "standard.joboptions". If you choose "use default PDF setting file" no printing starts.

Please test in safe mode, Menu/Help/Restart in Safe Mode

Attached was an .ods file. I used Microsoft PDF printer and it worked fine.
