The comments/notes are somehow unreadable, I don't know why :-(

Some conditions apparently cause text color in note/comment boxes on the margin to be unreadable. See the attached screenshots, white on bright green, or in another document I get white on bright yellow. It's not even just hard to read, I sadly can't read it at all. Is there a workaround for this? Sadly, I don't know what caused this or what to do about it. Since I'd like to work on this document, any workaround ideas appreciated.

I'm seeing this with LibreOffice Writer 7.6.4.1 as shipped with openSUSE Slowroll.

Please attach a sample file, and paste the information in Menu/Help/About LibreOffice, there is an icon to copy.

Please test in safe mode, Menu/Help/Restart in Safe Mode

Maybe something to do with your options about dark mode.
Menu/Tools/Options/LibreOffice/Application color.
