Description Kuba Orlik 2024-01-15 14:54:50 UTC
Description:
Often when I'm switching from "mirror" to "join displays" mode during a presentation with presenter console enabled, the presentation resets to first slide and the time progress in the presenter console is restarted, as well.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Not sure if that's important, but I have `StartAlways` set to `true` in `org.openoffice.Office.PresenterScreen` advanced setting
2. Start a presentation
3. Use super+P to change display mode (from join displays to mirror or vice versa)

Actual Results:
The presentation resets to first slide and resets the time progress in the presenter console

Expected Results:
The presentation keeps the current slide and doesn't reset the timer

Reproducible: Sometimes

User Profile Reset: Yes

Additional Info:
I'm using Gnome on Arch

Thanks for the report.

Not reproduced on Ubuntu 20.04 with GNOME 3.36.8 and:

Version: 7.6.4.1 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: e19e193f88cd6c0525a17fb7a176ed8e6a3e2aa1
CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 5.15; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: en-AU (en_AU.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

I tested with `StartAlways` as both false and true, and also tested switching to single display.

It's just a hunch, but I think this happens mainly on my one big presentation that I have with a lot of slides and some videos
