Description:
Triangle comment indicator position not consistently painted on exactly the same spot

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Zoom in (and use a (digital) magnifier to make even larger)


Actual Results:
The comment triangle in the right column isn't painted on the right border. So the background is color visible right of the comment indicator. In other cases it seems to match the border 

Expected Results:
Should be painted 'on border' or at least the same as in other cases

The indicator position has changed recently with https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/162175. It's now drawn at the very edge of the cell, unconditionally with the grid line color. Please retest with when a nightly build is available.
