Please attach a sample file, and paste the information in Menu/Help/About LibreOffice, there is an icon to copy.

Because I needed a working version for ongoing work, I uninstalled ver. 7.6.4.1 and installed ver. 7.5.9.2, not without difficulties, but eventually succeeded. So no attachments are possible. Screen came up as all white from double click on .doc file, and unresponsive.

Thank you for reporting the bug. I can not reproduce the bug in version 7.5.4.1 (AARCH64).

Do you mean you deleted the .doc file? If not, does this happen with any .doc file, even blank ones?
