Description:
Calc doesn't show dialog in full screen mode when trying to add/click "Manage changes" on full screen panel.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Calc and go to View->Full Screen
2.Click the drop-down arrow on the "Full Screen" panel and select "Customize toolbar..."
3.Type "Record" in the search and select the icon with command ".uno:TraceChangeMode", then click the "->" arrow to "Add item"
4.Type "Manage" in the search and select the icon with command ".uno:AcceptChanges", then click the "->" arrow to "Add item"
5. Click OK
6. On the "Full Screen" panel, select "Record"
7. On the "Full Screen" panel, select "Manage"

Actual Results:
Pop-up dialog does not show. Nothing happens.

Expected Results:
"Manage changes" dialog pops-up and user is able to dismiss the dialog and continue using Calc normally.
