Formatting of cells background fill not showing on monitor

Formatting background colour in cells using all methods does not remain visible on monitor. As soon as the pointer is moved, the cell background returns to "no fill".

Example attached.

This is how I see your file. So, I see the yellow background.

I received this email from the reporter:
----
Your attachment is what I expect to see, however my spreadsheets do not show the background fill color.

Previously on a Windows 10 Dell the background fill showed.

Since changing to an ASUS Vivobok Windows 11 the background fill does not show.

I have been using spreadsheets since 1980 and have not come across this situation before; and have now exhausted all avenues available to me.  Both the Dell and ASUS machines have dual graphics as in on Intel chip and Nvidia chip.

I opened attachment 190266 [details], I see cells C4 and C8 with background colour, like in Bogdan's PDF.
But I don't understand what the steps to reproduce are supposed to be, so please provide precise steps to reproduce the issue (including exactly which buttons / menus you use), and test again with on of the latest releases.
