Description:
After opening LibreOffice, then clicking everywhere while show "not responding" above the menu bar.
I tried to find the cause by changing the "options" in this application, but resulting nothing. Then I tried to uninstall the Windows Update:

Windows Update (KB5029921)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Uninstall the specific windows update.
2.
3.

Actual Results:
Manually, I find the Windows Update where previously I could start LibreOffice normally working. Uninstalling the update and restart it. Usually LibreOffice can start normally.

Expected Results:
Normal performance.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
Please check what is inside the windows update that causes LibreOffice not responding.

Try repairing LibreOffice in Add and Remove Programs.

It (not responding) happened after the last update.

I did it, but the problem is still.

and I had the latest update I installed last night, but the problem is still there. Unfortunately I can't uninstall the windows update. It automatically installs itself after manual uninstallation.

Same problem with OpenOffice as comparison (open source software).

Can You specify Your version of Windows? Or maybe You have Windows 11.

Well, my request to copy info from Help - About was probably silly, if the UI is not responding at all.

Do you still get this with version 24.2 or 7.6.6? It might be fixed as bug 157135.
