Description:
Copying from an excel (From Excel 2019 program) to CSV (opened in Calc 7.5.6.2)
with Paste Speclial - Unformatted Text. Then I press Save, nothing saved. CSV remained original without a newly pasted line. Important! The problem occurres only when Calc language set to hungarian.

Steps to Reproduce:
Download Azure AD user import CSV
1. I have names and data in xls opened with Excel 2019. Copy a row.
2. Paste a row with Paste Speclial - Unformatted Text to a CSV opened with Calc 7.5.6.2 (Hungarian language)
3. Then Save CSV
4. Nothing saved

Actual Results:
Not save anything. The CSV remains original. (Calc in hungarian language)
Calc with English language, no problem.

Expected Results:
Save CVS with newly added line


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes

Additional Info:
Occurs in a Calc with Hungarian language.
