Description:
Increasing image size, makes a part of the text vanish from canvas

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 164476 [details] from bug 135929 (which in essence the same)
2. Select the smiley
3. Pick the left corner and drag it to the right..

Actual Results:
The orange highlighted text will vanish

Expected Results:
No text disappearing. Caused by anchor to character at the bottom of the first page


Reproducible: Always

4. Press arrow UP (with shape selected)
5. Press arrow down (with shape selected) -> image moves to page 1, but overlaps text

Not reproduced (also tried the additional steps from comment 2).

This is the opposite from what is seen in the gif, but I could not reproduce either way.

More specific steps
1. Open attachment 164476 [details] from bug 135929 (which in essence the same)
2. Select the smiley
3. Press F4
4. Position and size tab 
5. Check Keep Aspect ratio
6. Enter Width 7.17 & Press OK
