With file https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=151324, exporting as PDF and Universal accessibility option enable, after a about 15", shows a message:
159546 accessibility issues detected. Do you want to continue?
[Continue] export is successful in about 50".
[Investigate issues] LO seems doing something but never ends, I drop out it after more than three hours.

Strangely, I got no warnings. It did take like 45 minutes to finish the export.
