Description:
Please compile a version of LibreOffice for Windows 11 on ARM platform.
There are machines like Samsung Galaxy Book Go (Snapdragon)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to download a copy of LibreOFfice from the website. 
2.  There is no file for Windows 11 on  ARM platform.
3.

Actual Results:
Currently the x64 installation will use the Windows 11 emulator for ARM processor. Which will consume computer cycles.

Expected Results:
Please compile a version of LibreOffice for Windows 11 on ARM platform.

There are compilations for windows with ARM.

You can find it in
https://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/7.5.2.1/win/aarch64/

The bug is that not available on download page.

I'll report a new one about it.
