Can not confirm. When I install the LO Extensions page offered [1] 1.3 build of StarExpert's "MultiSave" extension on LO 7.5.1.2 its off theme icons remain visible/uncorrupt in its position on the Standard toolbar.

Tested on Win10 22H2 (build 19045) I was able to test both Light and Dark modes and the off theme icons of the extension respond to the color theme. In light mode, what would be seen on Win8.1 (build 9600), the "floppy disks" show grey with blue stripe on a transparent bg. In dark mode the icon shifts and show the "floppy disks" motif as blue with white "slide" on a transparent bg.

Please retest in safe mode, and alternatively remove the extension then reinstall the current release.

Issue persists in the latest version of Libre Office. The version of Multiformatsave extension is 1.5.3.

As you are on Windows 8.1 where there is limited Dark Mode support, the extension's icon may need rework. You can do it locally and copy it back to the extension's directory, or wait for the Extensions developer to pick up on this issue.

Strange, icon depending on OS!?

Excellent! Thank you for the idea. What are the requirements of changing the icon?

Do you want to attach it as a small contribution by me?

@Andreas, @Rizal any thoughts? For end user or extension dev to adjust...

I don't know why the icon looks strange nor how to customize an icon from an extension.
