Description:
In https://api.libreoffice.org/, there are a couple of links that says "Developer's Guide" that redirects to the OpenOffice pages instead of LibreOffice ones.
In the text also says that redirect to OpenOffice wiki, which make no sense while now we have our Developers Guide in our wiki

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open https://api.libreoffice.org/
2. Click on any of the links "Developer's Guide"
3. It goes to OpenOffice wiki

Actual Results:
The links redirect to OpenOffice wiki

Expected Results:
Pages should redirect to the Developer's Guide at https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Documentation/DevGuide/LibreOffice_Developers_Guide

Additional Info:
The link to the OpenOffice guide can be maintained as long as the LibreOffice guide takes priority and the user is warned that the "old" OpenOffice guide is being accessed
