Insert a list paragraph in a document. 
For DF lists, Level 1 will appear on the Status bar, when the cursor is in a list paragraph. 
For list paragraphs with List Style, the List Style name appears followed by Level n.

afaict there is no documentation about this section of Status bar, including mention about opening a relevant dialog by clicking on the section (though see bug 153731).  Is there even a name for this section? [List Level] was just invented now.  Might be worth thinking carefully about what descriptive term to use.
