UI zone for Calc to register the mouse attempting to change column width or row height seems very small. Usually takes between 5-6 attempts to hold the mouse in precisely the correct spot in order to start adjusting. Perhaps the zone for detecting this could be expanded.
Not Reproduced. Tried, Works fine in single attempt itself.
