Testing requires a version, which contains commit https://git.libreoffice.org/core/commit/cbf30153a5c776e6d1ee26f2f83c8f77503eceb9 Open attached file. It contains four shapes each with a single character, transformed with 'abc transform' (aka WordArt). The colors should be like on the integrated screenshot. But all characters are black. The colors used are the theme colors "Background 1", "Text 1", "Background 2" and "Text 2". This is no regression. Versions before that commit show the correct colors, but did not import the shapes as WordArt.
Regina Henschel committed a patch related to this issue. It has been pushed to "master": https://git.libreoffice.org/core/commit/f4a568fc0553603fbf05477e0942af4e8466fba0 tdf#152840 add ST_ThemeColor values to ClrScheme::getColor It will be available in 7.6.0. The patch should be included in the daily builds available at https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/ in the next 24-48 hours.
