Could you give a try at https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps#Corrupted_user_profile ? If you still reproduce this, would it be possible you retrieve a backtrace? (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/BugReport/Debug_Information)
sorry, my english language is ... horrible. i learned at school over 30 jears ago and so much is gone with the dusty wind of forgotteness ... i tried to follow the instructions given on the website you wrote me and the problem is allways present. it may be possible, that i did something wrong, cause i had to search very much keywords in the school dictionary and i may be, that i missunderstood some intructions. the problem is still present, the bug is still alive. is there a chance to communicate in allemande language?
Sorry, I don't speak German, only French and some English. Here's Google translate if it can help about https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps#Corrupted_user_profile "Beschädigtes Benutzerprofil Symptome: Fast jede Art von ungewöhnlichem Verhalten (insbesondere wenn LibreOffice mehrmals aktualisiert wurde).
