The property TextPathAllowed has the description
This property specifies if this shape supports concentric gradient fill.

But ODF defines it as:
The draw:text-path-allowed attribute specifies whether the user interface of a consumer that supports the draw:text-path 19.221 attribute should allow modification of the value of the draw:text-path attribute.

LibreOffice does not interpret the values but preserves it.

The 'concentric gradient fill' property is
ConcentricGradientFillAllowed

LibreOffice has concentric gradient fill not yet implemented.
