Tip of the day is disabled at some point. Later, in Help-Tip of the day I click "Show tips on startup" (and see it on Options-General). But the are not shown. Seems like implementationError up to 7.4+.
I can reproduce this in LO 7.3.3 "Tip of the day" was disabled in my system. Then I went to Help - Show Tip of the Day and then I checked "Show tips on startup". After closing all LO apps and opening Writer/Calc again, no tip was shown. I tested today and it worked. Tip of the day was presented in the next day. Should we mark this as NAB then?
