Description: During installation, only one ENGLISH language options was shown in Custom install dialog box. ENGLISH without any further identifier. After uninstall and reinstall, due to attempting to recreate another issue/bug, the ENGLISH language option was still just one. After second uninstall and third install, three ENGLISH language options were shown - South Africa, United Kingdom, and United States. After third uninstall and fourth install, the three ENGLISH language options were shown. Note: I did NOT restart/reboot the computer after each install nor uninstall. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Downloaded LibreOffice_7.3.0_Win_x64 2. Clicked on LibreOffice_7.3.0_win_x64 to install 3. During Custom installation, the language components for ENGLISH were not consistent from install to install Actual Results: During Custom installation, the language components for ENGLISH were not consistent from install to install. Expected Results: I expected the language components for ENGLISH to be consistent from install to install. (Multiple installs were done to try to recreate another installation issue.) I am not a programmer. Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: I am not a programmer. This bug was found when trying to recreate another bug on installation. I hope this explanation is understandable.
I use the French language sometimes, and have installed French dictionary. But I want to mostly use English, and CANNOT make English default. I have deleted and reinstalled program several times.... and still see French as default language. OFFICE NEEDS TO MAKE INSTALLATION default language easier.
