Description Mat Jaggard 2022-02-04 09:33:33 UTC
I have a MacBook Pro 16-inch 2019 and Libreoffice 7.3.0 will only work on my laptop screen, not the external display. Everything on the external display shows up at approximately 2x the height and 2x the width but the clicks are going to the original locations - for example if I click on cell D8 in Calc then cell H23 gets selected.

I can make it work temporarily by moving the window from the laptop to the monitor but if I resize the window then the bug appears again.

I'm using MacOS 12.1

Same issue. MacBook Pro 14-in 2021, LibreOffice 7.3.0.3, M1, Monterey 12.2, same issue, one can also go to "Safe Mode".

LibreOffice on a non-Retina external monitor

LibreOffice shows the UI with a 2x size on the non-Retina external monitor of a Retina MacBook (if I drag the window on the integrated Retina screen it's correct).

This seems to be related to the new rendering engine. As already mentioned by David Green <https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=147170#c2>, this also affects the ARM build for macOS.
Comment 5 David Green 2022-03-04 03:12:32 UTC
Seems to be fixed with 7.3.1.3. Thanks.

Fixed for me as well with 7.3.1.3 - thanks a lot!
